The LG lattice boom mobile crane has the flexibility of a 750 t crawler crane combined with the mobility of a high speed mobile crane. That means it combines the benefits of these two crane types in a single concept. The crane uses the turntable and boom system from the LR 1750, together with an eight-axle chassis of the very latest design with speed-dependent rear-axle steering. That makes the lattice boom mobile crane ideal for fast erection work for wind power, industrial construction or infrastructure work.

The LG1550 has been established as the ideal crane for the erection of wind turbines of 2-3MW class on towers over 100m high. The eight axle LG1550 arrives on site complete with the superstructure and outriggers and thus is ready for operation in the shortest possible time. The folding outriggers can be completely folded into the vehicle width, this enables the crane to negotiate the narrow access paths. Four of the eight axles are fitted with twin tires, this means 24 wheels to provide the load bearing capacity necessary for the crane to move on-site with the major part of the crane and the ballast. SL3H boom and jib systems enable hook heights of over 100 m to be reached. The SLK wind power system enable hook heights of 118m without the use of the derrick.

The LTM 1500 is suitable for universal use with an extensive range of boom systems. Its load capacities can be increased even further with its Y boom guying. Its 7 section, 84 meter long telescopic boom for 84meter hook height and 74 meter radius, together with the ability to drive on 39.5% inclination, allow the 500 tons capacity crane to deploy in almost any terrain and be ready for operation in the shortest possible times.

The 7-axle model in our mobile crane portfolio is a genuine multi-talent and suitable for very flexible use due to its wide range of boom combinations. It features include an impressive compact design and maneuverability. Its active rear wheel steering means that the LTM 1400-7.1 can take even tight bends in its stride. When in action it demonstrates its flexibility by its ability to adjust the whole counterweight. This enables the crane to significantly reduce its ballast radius so that it can even tackle jobs where very little space is available.

The LTM 1200-5.1, has a very long telescopic boom which can be extended using various lattice extensions and a folding jib. Its entire operating range features outstanding load capacities.

The LTM 1120 has a long, variable boom system with outstanding load capacities. It is a 5-axle crane with capacity up to 120tonnes. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the LTM 1120 can even be maneuvered on constricted sites, allowing the crane to mobilize at difficult locations.
